Over the course of her illustrious 20-year career, she has honed her skills and built an extensive portfolio that showcases her exceptional talents across a wide range of creative disciplines. Silvia's prowess lies not only in her technical mastery, but also in her ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring large-scale, multichannel campaigns to life. Her keen eye for detail, coupled with a deep understanding of design principles and audience engagement, allows her to consistently deliver visually striking award winning impactful work.

Currently, Silvia holds a prominent leadership role at Morreale in creative services and marketing, where she spearheads a diverse array of projects encompassing print, digital, website design, photography, and video production. Silvia's ability to engage the public is particularly noteworthy, as she has developed a keen understanding of how to create and direct designs that resonate with target audiences and communicate desired messages in a compelling manner. This expertise was further honed during her extensive experience 10+ years in public involvement and community outreach within the transportation, mobility, and infrastructure sectors, where she demonstrated her prowess in fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement.
