Molly Zupan,
Deputy Communications Manager

Molly is a deputy communications manager at Morreale with a strong background in urban planning, community engagement, and economic development. At Morreale, she supports the planning and implementation of communications strategies and stakeholder engagement campaigns for a wide range of transportation and government clients. Before joining Morreale, Molly worked in the 10th Ward Aldermanic Office of the City of Chicago. As the Director of Economic Development for the 10th Ward on the southeast side of the city, Molly managed infrastructure investment allocations, advised permitting and zoning decisions, supported local business owners, engaged community stakeholders in infrastructure projects, and developed positive relationships with constituents. Following her role at the City of Chicago, Molly was a Senior Program Analyst at Bohlin Group, where she supported railroad and waste management clientele in applying for and securing state and federal level funding for infrastructure projects. Molly holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning and M.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Molly lives on Chicago's North Side and enjoys trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and attending concerts at music venues across the city.
