Krista has over 30 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field running the day-to-day operations for Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized privately held companies. Her experience also includes forecasting, business process improvement, and system implementation.

She started her career in the manufacturing and service industries. She later moved to the engineering consulting field where her strong understanding of business process and system implementation helped her to lead firms through change management and growth.

Throughout her career Krista has been a part of multifunctional teams representing finance and working with team members from Operations, Human Resources and Marketing to leverage technology to streamline business process, improve financial results, and grow firms. Krista believes that past results can inform, while planning and forecasting create the path to growth and success. She holds a BS in Accounting from University of Missouri – St Louis.
