Danielle Wolak,
Director of Human Resources and Employee Success

Danielle is an HR and recruiting professional with ten years of progressive experience supporting high-volume organizations through the full spectrum of HR functions.

Danielle began her career in Recruitment within the Marketing and Advertising agency space, from which she branched into an HR Generalist role. Soon after, she became an HR Manager, and over the past five years, has worked closely with Executive Leadership to manage organizational change while keeping employee engagement at the forefront. Her passion is employee wellness and process improvement.

At Morreale Communications, Danielle partners with leadership to strengthen and improve the employee experience, build upon our culture, and recruit and retain the best-in-class talent for the firm. Her focus concerns all things employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, engagement, training, and development. 

Danielle holds an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Northeastern Illinois University and a B.A. in English – Writing Concentration from Dominican University.
